Terms

Draft. Not yet reviewed by a lawyer.

What Flexuur is

Flexuur connects job seekers and employers for flexi-jobs in Belgium. We are not a party to the employment contract and not an employer: that relationship is directly between you and the company.

Accounts

You are responsible for what happens with your account. Browsing needs no account; applying does.

For employers

  • You post only real vacancies for work you actually offer.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing and for complying with flexi-job law, including the sectoral minimum wage.
  • The KBO/BCE number you give must belong to your company.

Reviews

  • Only someone an employer has hired can review that employer.
  • The employer can reply publicly and can report a review.
  • A report removes nothing. A review is hidden only after a human has looked at it.

Premium

Premium is a monthly subscription you can cancel at any time; it then ends when the paid period does. Searching and applying stay free.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have fourteen days to withdraw from a subscription, without giving a reason. Because Premium starts as soon as it is paid for, you expressly ask at checkout for it to start immediately and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully supplied. Withdraw within the fourteen days and we refund the part you have not used. Send a withdrawal to the contact address on this site.

Liability

We are not liable for what an employer or a job seeker does, nor for loss caused by an interruption of the service. Our liability is capped at what you paid for Premium in the twelve months before the event. This cap does not apply to intent, gross negligence, or harm to life or health.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes belong before the competent Belgian court; as a consumer you keep the right to bring proceedings where you live. If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you can turn to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service.

What we do not guarantee

We do not vet the content of listings, and we guarantee no job, no application and no response from an employer.
